Details
Made to order. Every Windsurf Addict piece is printed to order on textiles chosen for their comfort and durability, then shipped by our partner workshops.
Printed garments (tees, hoodies). Turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water (86 °F / 30 °C maximum) on a gentle cycle with similar colors and a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softener and dry cleaning, and do not use chlorine bleach. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Iron inside out on a low setting, never directly on the print.
Caps and beanie. Hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, with no bleach and no brush, and spot clean small stains with a damp cloth. Machine washing can warp the cap and damage the design.
Grandma's tricks. A small glass of white vinegar in the fabric softener drawer keeps colors bright and softens the laundry. For a sweat or deodorant stain, gently rub the inside of the garment with a paste of baking soda and water, leave it for 30 minutes, then rinse and wash as usual, avoiding the printed area.
Choosing your size. Detailed measurements for each model are in the size guide at the bottom of this page. Between two sizes, go for the larger one for a roomier fit.
Shipping & Returns
Production and shipping. Every item is made to order: allow 2 to 5 business days for production, then 1 to 3 business days for express delivery or up to 20 business days for standard delivery, depending on your destination. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships.
Right of withdrawal. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. The item must be new, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Email us at windsurfaddictworld@gmail.com with your order number; return shipping costs are at your expense.
Defective item, mistake or lost parcel. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, is not what you ordered, or if your parcel never arrives, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo: we will send you a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
Delivery address. Please double-check it before placing your order: an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel may result in reshipping fees.
